About Us

About NetIQ

“Organizations don’t run on charts and structures — they run on people and relationships.”

Our Story

NetIQ was founded on a clear insight: organizations don’t run on charts and structures — they run on people and relationships. As organizations grew more complex and interconnected, traditional models struggled to explain how work actually gets done. NetIQ was created to address this gap. Using Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), we help make invisible connections visible — and, more importantly, usable. Today, we work closely with leaders and teams to turn network insight into practical decisions that strengthen performance, trust, and long-term growth.

Our Mission

To help organizations unlock the intelligence within their networks — so they can make clearer decisions, collaborate more effectively, and lead change with confidence.

Our Vision

A world where organizations design strategies based on how people truly work together, building adaptive, high-trust systems where performance and human potential grow side by side.

Our Value

Every organization has untapped intelligence within its networks. Whether you’re exploring Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), looking to solve a specific challenge, or simply curious about how network insight could help your team, we’d love to work with you.

Network Intelligence at the Core

We specialise in Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to show how work really happens — beyond org charts and formal structures.

Human-Centred, Data-Driven

Our work combines rigorous analysis with a deep understanding of human behaviour, relationships, and trust.

From Insight to Action

We don’t stop at diagnosis. We work with leaders to translate network insight into concrete actions that strengthen leadership, culture, and execution.

Tailored, Not Template-Based

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every engagement is shaped around your organisation’s context, challenges, and goals.

Local Insight, Global Perspective

With strong local understanding and global best practices, we help organisations navigate both cultural nuance and strategic complexity.

Built for Sustainable Change

We work with informal networks — not against them — helping organisations embed change that lasts by aligning people, processes, and strategy.

Media & Insights

NetIQ regularly contributes insights on organizational networks, leadership, and transformation through interviews, expert commentary, and media collaborations.

The Unseen Fear Behind AI Adoption in Vietnam’s SMEs

“Digital transformation is often misunderstood as the pursuit of ‘blockbuster’ technologies—AI, blockchain, IoT—creating the false perception that it is distant and prohibitively expensive.”

What’s really holding Vietnam’s SMEs back from digital transformation?

“Cultural influences play a significant role—Vietnamese SMEs often emphasize control, show low risk appetite, and are less proactive in seeking external expertise.”

Dr. Duy Dang

Founder & CEO, NetIQ

“One of the most common misconceptions is that digital transformation is simply about acquiring new technologies or software. Technology, however, is never the final answer. Digital transformation, to me, is about upgrading organizational capabilities—understanding what needs to improve, how operations must evolve, and how success should be measured. Adding tools without transforming internal capabilities is not digital transformation.”

Organizations don’t run on Charts. They run on People.

Organizational & Leadership Intelligence

Performance depends on collaborations, not just individual capabilities.

Change & Transformation Accelerator

Change success relies on how it moves through people.

Strategic Capability

Sustainable transformation requires working with human dynamics, not against them.
